The Rigol DG6000 Series is a family of function/arbitrary waveform generators featuring 16-bit vertical resolution, sample rates up to 2.5 GSa/s and standard memory depth up to 256 Mpts per channel. The series is available in both two- and four-channel configurations with maximum bandwidths of 500 MHz or 1 GHz depending on the model.
The generators combine function generator, arbitrary waveform generator, noise generator, pulse generator, harmonic generator and analog and digital modulation capabilities in a single instrument. Supported modulation modes include AM, FM, PM, ASK, FSK, PSK and PWM, along with advanced features such as PRBS, sequence generation, multitone, multipulse and IQ waveform generation.
The DG6000 Series features a 10.1-inch touchscreen display, LAN connectivity with web control, HDMI output and integrated tools for creating and editing arbitrary waveforms. The instruments provide galvanically isolated channels and differential signal generation for advanced test and verification applications in electronics, semiconductor development, communications and research.
