Repairs

We handle repair cases for instruments from our suppliers, including after the warranty period has expired, where applicable, to ensure a smooth process and a complete solution.

  • Complete our order form and send it to info@instrumentcenter.se
  • Once we have reviewed the form, we will provide a case number
  • Send the instrument together with a printed copy of the form to the address below

Note: For cases submitted for quotation, an evaluation fee will be charged if the quotation is not accepted.

Complaints & Warranty

Warranties are provided by the respective manufacturer. Instrumentcenter Sweden AB does not offer any additional warranties beyond those specified by the manufacturer. For approved warranty cases, return shipping is covered by us.

  • Complete our complaint form and send it together with the invoice to info@instrumentcenter.se
  • After review, we will provide an RMA number
  • Send the instrument together with a printed copy of the form and the invoice to the address below
