The PicoScope 9300 Series consists of Sampler-Extended Real-Time Oscilloscopes (SXRTO) designed for the analysis of high-speed signals, serial data communications and optical systems. The series includes both two- and four-channel models with bandwidths up to 30 GHz, 16-bit vertical resolution and sequential sampling rates up to 15 TS/s.
Depending on the model, the instruments provide integrated clock recovery, optical receiver functionality or TDR/TDT capabilities for advanced characterization of transmission lines, digital communication links and optical signals. With support for eye diagram analysis, mask testing and detailed waveform analysis, the PicoScope 9300 Series is used in research, development, verification and troubleshooting of high-speed electronic systems.
