Tekbox TBHPF1-500kHz High-Pass Filter
High-pass filter for conducted emission measurements with PLC signal suppression up to 450 kHz, a 500 kHz–30 MHz passband and integrated 2 × 5 dB attenuators.
The Tekbox TBHPF1-500kHz is a high-pass filter designed for conducted emission measurements on Power Line Communication (PLC) modems operating in the FCC frequency band from 10 to 490 kHz. The filter is installed at the LISN output to suppress strong PLC signals that could otherwise overload the measurement receiver and affect measurement results.
The filter uses a symmetrical 13th-order Cauer topology, providing high stopband attenuation and a steep transition to the passband from 500 kHz to 30 MHz. Two integrated 5 dB attenuators ensure good 50 Ω impedance matching between the LISN and the connected measurement equipment.
Equipped with N-female connectors, the TBHPF1-500kHz is suitable for EMC laboratories, development environments and conducted emission testing of equipment using power line communication.
