The Tekbox TBBCI1-300K420-HV is a snap-on Bulk Current Injection (BCI) probe for conducted immunity testing according to ISO 11452-4, MIL-STD-461 CS114, GJB 151B-2013 and DO-160. The probe can be used to inject RF current into cables and conductors during EMC immunity testing and features a 27 mm aperture.

The TBBCI1-300K420-HV supports ISO 11452 severity levels I (60 mA), II (100 mA), III (150 mA) and IV (200 mA), as well as customer-specific severity level V up to 350 mA. It can also be used for DO-160 section 22 testing with pulse injection up to 5 kV.

The probe is individually characterized and has a specified characterized frequency range of 10 kHz–500 MHz, with a typical insertion loss of 5 dB and a typical transfer impedance of 29 dBΩ. In addition to BCI testing, the probe can be used for RF current monitoring applications.
