The Tekbox TBVC-SF6 is a calibration kit for VNA (Vector Network Analyzer). It is compatible with 3.5mm/SMA connectors and includes an Open, a Short, a Load, and a Through. It is used for OSLT calibration within the frequency range of DC – 6 GHz.
The calibration file for the TBVC-SF6 is pre-installed in our TBVNA-6000 software and can also be downloaded separately from our website.
