The Rigol MSO/DS9000 Series is a family of high-performance digital oscilloscopes designed for advanced development, debugging and validation in electronics, communications, power electronics and semiconductor applications. Built on Rigol's latest self-developed platform, the series combines high sampling rates, deep memory and exceptional waveform capture performance with comprehensive analysis capabilities.
The instruments provide up to 20 GSa/s real-time sampling, up to 2 Gpts memory depth and waveform capture rates of up to 1,000,000 waveforms per second. Selectable 8 to 16-bit vertical resolution in High Resolution mode improves measurement accuracy while reducing noise.
Advanced triggering, serial protocol decoding, mask testing, zone triggering, histogram analysis, FFT, waveform mathematics and segmented memory recording with up to 2,000,000 frames make the series suitable for demanding measurement applications. The 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen together with USB, LAN, HDMI and web control ensures efficient operation in laboratory and development environments.
The MSO9402 additionally integrates 16 digital channels and a built-in dual-channel function/arbitrary waveform generator, providing a complete mixed signal measurement platform.
