The Rigol DNA5000 Series is a family of portable 2-port vector network analyzers designed for RF, microwave and communication applications. The series offers frequency ranges from 5 kHz up to 26.5 GHz and combines high dynamic range, low trace noise and advanced analysis capabilities in a compact instrument.
The instruments support S-parameter, impedance, VSWR, group delay and time domain analysis measurements, and can be used with both mechanical and electronic calibration kits. LAN, USB and HDMI interfaces enable easy integration into development, verification and automated test environments.
