- Product Description
The PicoScope 5000E+ Series consists of high-resolution PC-based oscilloscopes designed for advanced signal analysis, mixed-signal measurements, and embedded system development. The series combines FlexRes technology with up to 16-bit resolution, bandwidths up to 500 MHz, and sampling rates up to 5 GS/s for accurate analysis of both fast and low-level signals.
The series includes models with four analog channels as well as MSO versions with 16 digital channels for simultaneous analysis of analog and digital signals. FlexRes architecture allows dynamic optimization between resolution and sampling performance depending on the measurement application. Memory depth up to 2 GS enables long waveform captures while maintaining high sampling performance.
The PicoScope 5000E+ Series includes an integrated function generator and arbitrary waveform generator supporting sine, square, pulse, PRBS, and noise generation. The instruments also support FFT/spectrum analysis, math channels, mask limit testing, DeepMeasure, and serial decoding for protocols including CAN, CAN FD, I²C, SPI, UART, LIN, FlexRay, and Ethernet.
The oscilloscopes connect via USB 3.0 Type-C and support Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms. PicoScope 7, PicoLog 6, and PicoSDK are included without additional license fees, enabling integration into automated test systems and custom software environments.
