The DS Instruments SG22000PRO R17 is a low-noise microwave generator for signal generation across a wide frequency range. The generator provides a calibrated frequency range from 100 MHz to 22 GHz and calibrated output power from -25 to +15 dBm, with a typical extended power range from -35 to +17 dBm.
The R17 version features an ultra-stable ±10 PPB oven-controlled reference, upgraded harmonic filtering and optimised output power calibration. The harmonic-filtered frequency range extends from 500 MHz to 22 GHz. The generator also provides output waveform phase control and additional sweep trigger options.
The SG22000PRO R17 supports frequency sweeping without a host PC and provides a programmable trigger input. An Ethernet interface enables remote operation, and PC control software is included. The instrument also provides 10 MHz reference input and output ports for integration and synchronisation with external equipment.
