The PicoScope 6000E series are USB-powered PC oscilloscopes with up to 8 analog channels and MSO variants with up to 16 digital channels. The series offers bandwidth up to 3 GHz, sampling rates up to 10 GS/s, and FlexRes technology providing up to 16-bit vertical resolution. The instruments combine high sampling speed, deep memory, and advanced analysis capabilities in a compact form factor. All models support segmented memory, advanced triggers, DeepMeasure, mask limit testing, and serial decoding for CAN, LIN, UART, SPI, and other protocols. The integrated AWG/function generator allows test signal generation directly from the instrument, while PicoScope 7 and PicoSDK enable integration into automated test systems and custom software solutions.
