The PicoScope 5000D series are PC-based oscilloscopes with 2 or 4 analog channels and MSO variants with 16 digital channels. The series provides bandwidth up to 200 MHz, sampling rates up to 1 GS/s, and FlexRes technology with up to 16-bit vertical resolution. The instruments combine high sampling rate, deep memory, and advanced analysis features in a compact USB-powered form factor. All models support segmented memory, advanced triggers, serial decoding for CAN, LIN, UART, SPI and other protocols, and include a built-in function generator and AWG. The series is intended for mixed-signal analysis, embedded system verification, analog and digital signal troubleshooting, and integration into automated test environments using PicoScope 6 and PicoSDK.
