Eurostat TOM600 Tera-Ohm Meter Surface Resistance Meter
Measures surface and volume resistance in the teraohm range, as well as temperature and humidity, with battery operation, PC connection and support for ESD standards.
This surface resistance meter measures high resistance
up to 2 Tera-Ohm (2x10e12Ω) and registers at the same
time humidity and air temperature values.
Measure range:
Resistance: From 2x10e4Ω to 2x10e12Ω
Measure voltage: 10V for voltage < 2x10e5Ω / 100V for voltage > 2x10e5Ω
Humidity: From 10 to 90% of Relative Humidity
