The 4-port models in the Rigol DNA6000-R Series are vector network analyzers for measurement and analysis of RF and microwave components. The series covers frequency ranges from 5 kHz up to 26.5 GHz, depending on model, and is designed for applications including development, testing, and production measurements in electronics, communications, and microwave technology.

The instruments provide 1 Hz frequency resolution, up to 100,001 sweep points, and a maximum output power of 10 dBm. Typical dynamic range is up to 127 dB, with 0.003 dB trace noise and selectable IF bandwidth from 1 Hz to 10 MHz.

The DNA6000-R Series supports S-parameter, impedance, and VSWR measurements, as well as Time Domain Analysis (TDA), fixture embedding/de-embedding, and antenna test functions. Measurement results can be displayed in multiple formats, including Log Mag, Lin Mag, SWR, phase, group delay, Smith chart, and polar chart.

Several calibration methods are supported, including frequency response, one-port, response isolation, enhanced response, and full two-port calibration. The series is compatible with both mechanical calibration kits and electronic ECal calibration kits.

For integration into automated test systems, the instruments support SCPI commands together with LAN, USB Device, USB Host, HDMI, GPIB, and Application I/O. Web Control enables remote operation over a network, and external keyboards and mice are also supported.
