The Hioki MR6000 is a high-performance modular memory recorder designed for advanced waveform recording with high sampling rates and exceptional measurement accuracy. It is built for demanding applications such as inverter testing, ECU signal analysis, research, development and industrial validation.
Its modular architecture features eight slots and supports up to 32 isolated analog channels. The system is compatible with 15 different input modules and three output modules, enabling high-voltage measurements, high-resolution data acquisition and capture of fast transient events. Modules are automatically recognized and can be exchanged easily to match changing application requirements.
The MR6000 supports sampling rates up to 200 MS/s and integrates seamlessly with HIOKI current sensors and current probes. Dedicated current modules automatically recognize and power connected sensors, simplifying setup and ensuring reliable operation.
For long-term recording applications, the MR6000 supports SSD storage capacities up to 1 TB. The advanced MR6000-01 model additionally provides real-time waveform calculations and real-time data saving at rates up to 20 MS/s, allowing users to monitor calculated results and securely store measurement data during acquisition.
The large 12.1-inch touchscreen, combined with comprehensive software support including GENNECT One, LabVIEW and MATLAB integration, makes the MR6000 a powerful platform for data acquisition, signal analysis and verification in research laboratories, energy systems, automotive development and industrial test environments.
