The DS Instruments PA6000L is a wideband microwave amplifier intended for laboratory and RF test systems. It covers the frequency range from 500 MHz to 7 GHz and delivers up to +30 dBm (1 W) output power.
Gain is adjustable from +3 to +34 dB via front-panel buttons or serial control (115.2 kbps, 8N1). The unit supports USB Type-C virtual COM port control and includes a PC control application.
Integrated temperature and voltage monitoring provide operational supervision. RF connections are made via 50 Ω SMA connectors. Maximum input power is specified at +10 dBm, and the RF output must not be enabled without a load connected
