Calibration process
As a calibration customer at Instrumentcenter, you can choose to either send your instruments to our calibration laboratory in Nyköping or order our On-Site service, where a calibration technician performs the calibration at your premises.
Both options offer the same level of quality and traceability. The only difference relates to potential travel and additional costs.
Ordering and Handling
Ordering
Instruments are sent to us together with our printable order form, which can be downloaded below, or your internal purchase order.
Receiving
Once the instruments have been registered, we will send a confirmation of receipt including current lead times.
Calibration and Labelling
Calibration is carried out in accordance with applicable standards. All instruments are labelled with SWEDAC colour coding as well as our calibration label indicating the calibration date and next calibration due date.
Documentation
All documentation is stored in IC-kal, our digital register. With your personal login, you gain access to status, history, and upcoming calibration intervals.
