The DHO5000 series is RIGOL's first 8-channel digital oscilloscope, supporting up to 8 analog channel inputs, with a maximum real-time bandwidth of 1 GHz and a maximum real-time sampling rate of 4 GSa/s. With a vertical resolution of 12 bits, it helps engineers address testing challenges in multiple fields, including embedded design, power semiconductor testing, and power rail testing.

 

4/6/8 Analog Channel

With up to 8 analog input channels on a single device, the DHO5000 series can handle various multi-channel testing applications, such as Power Sequencing Tests, 3-Phase Power Analysis, motor testing, and third-generation semiconductor testing.

 

Compact Design

The DHO5000 series features a compact design with dimensions of 335 mm (W) × 235 mm (H) × 154 mm (D), minimizing desktop space usage. Its 5U rack mount height makes it an efficient solution for system integration, improving cabinet utilization and overall compactness.

 

Outstanding Testing Accuracy

With a 12-bit ADC and up to 4096 vertical levels, 16 times greater than an 8-bit oscilloscope, the DHO5000 significantly enhances measurement accuracy, capturing even the smallest waveform details. Whether testing power supply ripple or analyzing critical applications like medical devices, it helps you efficiently assess signal characteristics, ensuring every measurement is precise, enabling technological innovation.

 

Battery Pack Support

The DHO5000 supports battery pack power, allowing for measurements in locations without AC power. This is ideal for certain outdoor or vehicle-mounted testing. The battery pack also offers clean energy in high-interference environments, minimizing environmental impact on test results.
